Truvo AI Account Deletion Requests

Please follow these steps to request the deletion of your accounts on the Truvo AI app. You will be able to disable your account and request deletion of user created data on the Truvo AI app via this process. Benepower may evaluate your request and retain data provided by you or any third parties such as your employer or their authorized representatives on the platform for operational, compliance and legal purposes.

1. Email truvo-app-support@benepower.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".

2. Provide your login email id, Employer Name, DOB in the email body.

3. We will provide you with a confirmation of account and associated data deletion within 60 days.
